1. Contact us
Fill in the online form, call us, or send an email, we will respond back to you within 48 hours.
2. Schedule a home visit
A representative can come to your home or conduct a telephone interview to discuss our range of options, your personal needs, and our service costs .
3. A contract is created
After listening to your needs a contract agreement is drawn up outlining your personalized service requirements. We will send you a copy and await your approval.
4. Billing Options
Payment is required at the start of the contract, and bi weekly thereafter. Payments can be made in cash, by cheque, interac etransfer, or by pay pal*.

5. Pick up keys
Just before you leave we will meet to pick up keys, test temporary alarm codes, obtain contact information, and walk through your home.
6. Home Watch Service
Rest assured your home is in good hands, allowing you to enjoy your time away. If you would like to contact us during your absence, just call or email us, its all part of your service.
7. End of contract
Welcome home. Your keys are returned and our service is complete. Thank you for your patronage and please contact us again.
