Q.   Why would I use a home watch service?
A.   Most insurance companies require that when a home is unoccupied that a competant person perform regular checks on your property in order to retain proper coverage.

Q.   Is your home watch service available where I live?
A.   We currently accept clients in Ancaster, Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Stoney Creek, and Waterdown.


Q.   Do I have to sign a contract?
A.   Yes, Our service agreement outlines the service we will provide, It protects both parties, detailing exactly what, when, and how our service will be perfomed.

Q.   What happens if my plans change?
A.   No worries, we understand that things can change at a moments notice. Your service agreement can be cancelled at anytime. Any prepaid visits will be credited back to you.

Q.   How much do you charge?
A.   Our Standard Visit starts as low as $20+hst per visit. Your location, frequency of visits, and services selected are all factors that are taken into consideration. Please contact us to obtain a firm quote.

Q.   How often would you come to my home?
A.   The frequency of our visits is entirely up to you, we only make recommendations based on what services you have selected. We strongly suggest that you check your insurance policy when determining your requirements.

Q.   What if something happens to my home while I am away?
A.   We would contact you immediately to inform you of the problem. After your approval we would act as your agent to oversee any actions that may be required.
